Dynamic Duos #34 - Melon Mambo and Island Indigo

We're BACK!! Welcome to the Dynamic Duos Challenge Blog. Each week we will have two colours for you to use to create a card, scrapbook page, craft or digital project.  Only the two colours, otherwise known as "The Dynamic Duo", may be used for your project.  Neutrals such as black, white, vanilla, skin colours and kraft are also welcome.

We are ringing in the New Year with a Bold and Sassy color combo this is oh, so much fun! Please join us and play along!

The "Dynamo" design team has created some projects to inspire you!

Our challenge ends on Thursdays at Noon (PDT).  We have a few rules to keep things fun and fair!

1. Any project is welcome...paper crafts, scrapbooking, digital, or crafts...

2. Please ONLY use the two colours listed for your project. Neutrals are welcome.

3. Combine us with as many other challenges as you would like, except other colour challenges.

4. Please add our graphic to your blog with a link back to us.

  2. I really like the bright colors against the browns in Allyson's sample card. In her blog post here: http://laughadaisy.wordpress.com/2013/01/05/dynamic-duos-34/ she says she used PTI's Dark Chocolate cardstock.

I'm a little confused because there's no dark brown included in the neutrals graphic on the Rules tab. Does this mean that Dynamic Duos will (finally ;)) start accepting colors such as Stampin' Up's Chocolate Chip and Early Espresso as neutrals that can be used in lieu of black or gray? Please? Pretty pretty please?

    1. Your wish is our command, Rachel! We are updating the graphic and are pleased to announce that browns (like Chocolate Chip and Early Espresso) will now be included as neutrals here at Dynamic Duos. Thanks for your comment and have fun playing along with the challenges! Can't wait to see what you create! :)

    2. Awesomeness! :) Thank you so much!

I have a confession to make. I wasn't sure how well my comment would go over, so I used Rachel as a pseudonym instead of my real name. I'm paranoid like that. (blush) And now I'm embarrassed to give my real name, so I'll just say that I'm one of the first 15 people who participated in this week's challenge.
